Information involved in using Cuisingo
Depending on how you use the app, this can include the contact details you provide for an account or order, delivery details, your meal choices and order history, messages you send to support, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. If a payment provider handles a purchase, it may process payment information under its own privacy terms.
Why this information is used
Information is used to provide the app, process and deliver orders, communicate about an order, respond to support requests, maintain security and meet applicable record keeping duties. Access to order information may be needed by people or providers involved in preparing, delivering or supporting an order.
Sharing and storage
Information may be shared with service providers needed to run Cuisingo, such as hosting, payment, messaging and delivery providers, and where disclosure is required by law. Information is kept only as long as needed for the relevant purpose and any applicable legal, accounting or dispute obligations.
Your choices
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing hasmeedcoder@gmail.com. To request deletion of your Cuisingo account and associated data, follow the account deletion instructions below. UK users may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

CUISINGO / ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete your Cuisingo account.
Delete your account in the app, or request deletion by email if you can no longer access it.
Delete in the appOpen Cuisingo and go to Settings → Security → Delete account. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
Can’t access the app?
- Email usUse the email address linked to your Cuisingo account and put “Cuisingo account deletion” in the subject.
- We verify the requestWe may ask for enough information to confirm that the account belongs to you. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
- We complete the deletionWe will confirm when the account and associated personal data have been deleted, and explain any information that must be retained.

Deleting your account is intended to remove your account profile and associated personal data. Some order, payment or support records may need to be kept for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. We will explain any such retention when handling your request.
